In addition to professional birthwork experience, I bring over 55 months of personal breastfeeding experience across multiple seasons of parenting. This hands-on perspective allows me to offer realistic, compassionate guidance rooted in both evidence and lived experience.
When additional support is needed, I also collaborate with and refer to local IBCLCs, ensuring families have access to advanced lactation care so you're never left guessing.
Breastfeeding support may be helpful if you:
- Are feeling unsure or overwhelmed during the early days of feeding
- Want guidance without pressure or rigid expectations
- Are experiencing discomfort or feeding challenges
- Want reassurance that what you’re experiencing is normal
- Need extra support alongside birth or postpartum care
You don’t need to be “struggling” to benefit from support.
- Breastfeeding support is available during postpartum visits
- Serving the Kansas City metro, Lawrence, & Topeka
- Support may be combined with postpartum doula care
